Your areas of responsibility

  • Advising well-known domestic and international companies
  • Drafting legal memoranda and expert opinions
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Advice with and preparation of court proceedings, hearings and pleadings
  • Handling a diverse range of tasks and questions from all of our specialist departments

Your profile

  • A law degree
  • A structured and independent working style
  • Able to handle stress, dependable and loyal
  • An excellent command of German and English
  • Completion of a court internship is an advantage
  • Große Legitimationsurkunde [certificate attesting to the right to act as a locum for clients of the firm in court] is an advantage
  • Professional and negotiating experience is an advantage

Salary

Legal assistant (m/f/o)

Legal assistant (m/f/o)
Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20 hours)

Your areas of responsibility

  • Administrative and organisational tasks
  • Scheduling and mail processing
  • File and deadline management
  • Submission of pleadings to courts and authorities (webERV)
  • Preparation of commercial register and Land Registry applications and preparation of contracts
  • Taking dictation

Your profile

  • Relevant professional experience (in a similar role) is an advantage
  • A good command of German, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in IT (in particular MS Office)
  • Proficiency in using software for lawyers (jurExpert or ADVOKAT) is an advantage
  • A structured and independent working style
  • Able to handle stress, dependable and loyal
