Die Presse: “Neighbors may play the piano six hours a day”

Dr. Marcus Bachmayr-Heyda, partner at HBN, was quoted in an interesting article in “Die Presse” in connection with the question to what extent noise immissions are reasonable. The article refers to a case between a resident and two piano players in Vienna-Landstraße. Dr. Bachmayr-Heyda represented the musicians in the case.
