Assets are not always tangible. But that does not mean that they are any less valuable. The proper protection of intellectual property is more important than ever, especially in today’s age of rapid digital and technological development.

We advise clients on all aspects of intellectual property law. We assist them with the registration of trade marks and designs, as well as – with the help of our cooperation partners – of utility models and patents – both locally before the Austrian authorities and internationally before the competent trade mark and patent offices. We provide advice on the licensing, purchase or sale of inventions, proprietary knowledge or trade marks, and we draft cooperation agreements, licensing or exploitation agreements as well as coexistence agreements for our clients.

In the event of infringements of intellectual property, we enforce clients’ claims in court as well as before the authorities or assist them with their defence against alleged claims by third parties.
