In March 2018, Dr. Martin Frenzel, LL.M (36), was admitted to the circle of partners at Bachmayr-Heyda Nordberg. The corporate law expert has been strengthening the team of the international commercial law firm since 2016.
Before joining Hule Bachmayr-Heyda Nordberg, Martin Frenzel worked for Schönherr and Binder Grösswang Rechtsanwälte. He is a qualified Attorney at Law for the US state of New York and was also employed in Los Angeles at Fredricks & by the Horst Attorneys at Law. Martin Frenzel studied law at the University of Vienna, at the Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris and at the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M.).
His focus lies on complex and contested corporate law, corporate transactions, reorganizations, the counseling of family businesses and private commercial law. Martin Frenzel regularly publishes on these topics in renowned journals.
