HBN represents IBB shareholders in acquisition by proLogistik Group

The shareholders of IBB Adaptive Solutions GmbH and Adaptive GmbH, providers of the IT solution “BONSAI” for the management of purchasing and other conditions as well as bonus settlements in the supplier-dealer relationship, have successfully sold their shares to proLogistik GmbH. 

The proLogistik Group is the market leader for ERP-independent warehouse management systems in the DACH region. IBB’s well-known customers include MTH Retail Group, MBS Baumarkt Service GmbH, Zedach Gruppe, Globus, Rossmann and Red Zack. 

The sale of shares also marks the start of a strategic partnership with the software company REMIRA for cross-industry solutions for replenishment and inventory optimisation as well as condition management, including AI-supported cloud solutions. This brings together two solution areas that are closely linked in everyday procurement. In the future, customers will be able to concentrate more on the essentials.
