In-house seminar: Changes to real estate transfer tax as a result of the 2025 Budget Accompanying Act
On 4 November 2024, an internal in-house seminar was held for the law firm team at the office of HULE BACHMAYR-HEYDA NORDBERG. Tax consultant Manfred Kunisch, partner at TPA Austria, provided information on the current changes to real estate transfer tax that will come into force as a result of the 2025 Budget Accompanying Act.
During the internal training event, participants were given a thorough overview of the key changes and their practical implications for day-to-day consulting practice. The subsequent discussion provided an opportunity to discuss specific practical issues and exchange initial experiences with the new provisions.
