The “Österreichischer Apotheker-Verlag” takes over the majority of Viennese healthtech startup Diagnosia Internetservices GmbH’s shares. While investors Speedinvest, Hansi Hansmann and gi pharma sell their shares, Diagnosia founders Lukas Zinnagl and Michael Mikesch will remain in the company as managing directors and shareholders. Both parties agreed to not disclose the purchase price.
Founded in 2011, startup Diagnosia developed an innovative software for doctors and healthcare facilities. With its “Diagnosia Mobile” medical app and “Diagnosia Enterprise” pharmaceutical software, Diagnosia is one of the market leaders in these areas. About 9000 doctors regularly use Diagnosia Mobile, while more than 70 hospitals and other health care facilities use Diagnosia Enterprise.
Hule Bachmayr-Heyda Nordberg represented the sellers under the lead of partner Dr. Christian Nordberg together with partner Dr. Martin Frenzel. The law firm represented founders Lukas Zinnagl and Michael Mikesch as well as investors Speedinvest, Hansi Hansmann and gi pharma. In addition to the investors selling their shares, a capital increase took place as well.
