Leopold Rössner joined HULE BACHMAYR-HEYDA NORDBERG in 2018, becoming a partner in 2020.
He specialises in litigation and has extensive experience in civil litigation both in the state courts and before arbitral tribunals. In addition, he advises clients primarily in the areas of real estate law as well as the law governing foundations and on private client matters.
Furthermore, Leopold Rössner represents associations, clubs and professional athletes in all matters of sports law. He has also devoted his previous academic work to this area of specialisation. He wrote his dissertation on option agreements of professional football players. As part of his LL.M. thesis, he dealt with arbitration agreements in organised sport.
