Peter N. Csoklich joined HULE BACHMAYR-HEYDA NORDBERG in 2018.
Prior to that, he worked inter alia as a university assistant at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, as a research assistant at the Austrian Supreme Court and as a student assistant at Austrian banks in the speciality areas of communications, asset & liability management and management board secretarial services.
Peter N. Csoklich advises clients primarily on matters of general civil law, business law, banking and capital markets law, insolvency law, insurance law, intellectual property law and public commercial law. He regularly represents our clients before the state courts and administrative authorities, the EUIPO and domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
He is also a lecturer at the Institute for Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
