Emanuel Boesch joined HULE BACHMAYR-HEYDA NORDBERG in 2010, becoming a partner in 2011.
He advises clients mainly in matters of trade mark law, design protection, copyright law and unfair competition law.
He also has many years of experience in advising clients on the entire range of business law matters, handling contract drafting and litigation for clients from a wide range of industries, e.g. IT, mechanical engineering, catering, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, fashion and clothing, product design, wholesale and retail, liberal professions (architects, advertising agencies etc.) as well as from the construction and property sectors.
Emanuel Boesch is an active member of various professional associations, such as the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) where he is a member of the Design Committee, as well as the German Association for Protection of Intellectual Property and the Austrian Association for Protection of Intellectual Property.
He advises clients in German, English and Spanish.
