In the current issue of the journal “Der Gesellschafter”, Dr. Franz Pilgerstorfer, Judge at the Linz Regional Court, reviews the “Handbuch Gesellschafterwechsel bei der GmbH” (Handbook on the Change of Shareholders in a Private Limited Company) published by Dr. Martin Frenzel, company law expert and partner at Hule Bachmayr-Heyda Nordberg.
