We draw up testamentary dispositions such as wills, contracts of inheritance or donation contracts causa mortis and advise clients both on traditional corporate succession and on succession arrangements of private foundations.

In addition, we represent clients’ interests in complex probate proceedings (including cross-border cases), advise on the submission of declarations of acceptance of inheritance and draft agreements on the division of inheritance and compulsory portions.
