Family law is characterised by increasingly complex regulations, in particular concerning cohabitation and the dissolution of a family unit.

We advise on all matters of family law; for example, in connection with marriage and divorce as well as all maintenance or parental custody matters. We represent clients diligently and rigorously, while acting with the necessary tact and sensitivity, qualities which are indispensable for the careful handling of engagements involving family law.

If no amicable resolution can be reached at the negotiating table, we diligently assert clients’ interests before the state courts; for example, in disputes involving divorce, division of assets, maintenance or parental custody.
