Public procurement law is a complex legal field requiring a high degree of specialisation. Public procurement law has been one of the areas of focus at our law firm ever since it was founded. Utility sector clients as well as public clients and (bidding) companies regularly rely on our decades of expertise.

We advise clients on all stages of the process, from structuring the project, through designing the tender documents, to the bidder negotiations and award notification. For bidding clients, we review the tender documents, provide advice on the submission of the bid and represent the clients in bidder negotiations. We build on our industry-specific expertise to define individual focal points according to the specific tender – in order to be the key step ahead in the outcome.

We also represent clients’ interests before the administrative courts (for example, in the case of actions for invalidation or award review), the Constitutional Court and the Administrative Court, and the ECJ.
