Insurance law is a specialised area of the law characterised by nuanced jurisprudence. We advise and provide representation to insurance companies and policy holders on all aspects of insurance law, focusing mainly on the area of damage and liability insurance (including speciality insurance types, such as D&O insurance and fidelity insurance) as well as construction insurance.

We assist clients with drafting or reviewing insurance contracts and policies and point out the essential measures needed to minimise risk. We advise on the evaluation of liability and coverage issues, assist in the settlement of claims, and represent clients’ interests in liability, coverage or recourse proceedings before state courts or arbitral tribunals.
