Lawyer Dr. Martin Frenzel together with co-authors, has published a handbook on the subject of “Gesellschafter Wechsel bei der GmbH”, which was published by Linde.

This work not only deals with the subject in detail, but also examines issues relating to divisibility, transfer restrictions and economic aspects.

The already existing, highly positive reviews of the handbook “Gesellschafterwechsel bei der GmbH” have recently been joined by another: In his review published in “Bankarchiv” notary Dr. Stephan Verweijen emphasizes the added value of the handbook – which stands out due to its rare accuracy and depth, numerous questions whose treatment can otherwise only be found in commentaries are answered.

The handbook has also already been included in the MANZ legal database (RDB).
