On 19. April, HBN Rechtsanwälte once again welcomed a renowned expert: Markus Kolland, a judge at the Regional Court of Wiener Neustadt, spoke at our in-house seminar on selected topics relating to first-instance hearings in civil proceedings.
The seminar provided a detailed and practical overview of negotiation strategies at first instance and the associated legal challenges. Among other things, the handling of requests for evidence and preclusion as well as strategies for avoiding procedural delays were discussed.
