On 15 March, another in-house seminar on an ever-present topic took place at our offices: “Legal real estate due diligence on condominiums”. Under the professional guidance of Prof Andreas Vonkilch from the University of Innsbruck, the participants intensively discussed the legal aspects of due diligence for condominiums.
Professor Vonkilch not only imparted theoretical knowledge to the participants, but also provided valuable insights from his many years of practical experience
