Recently, another exciting in-house seminar took place at HULE BACHMAYR-HEYDA NORDBERG Rechtsanwälte: In cooperation with TPA Steuerberatung, Manfred Kunisch and Erich Resch provided valuable insights into the topic of “Fee Law – Existing Contracts”.
The legal basis and prerequisites for the obligation to pay fees, fee-relevant processes, strategies for avoiding fees and the possible pitfall of “substitute certification” were discussed. In addition, selected questions from practice and authoritative decisions of the courts were elaborated.
