The introduction of the Flexible Corporation (FlexCo) at the turn of 2024 marks a milestone in Austrian company law. Growth and innovation companies in particular will benefit from this law, which has been received with great interest by experts. By mid-July 2024, over 370 FlexCos had already been entered in the Austrian commercial register, and the trend is rising.
