The German BNP Paribas REIM has acquired the office and commercial building “Inno Plaza” in Vienna from the Austrian project developers S + B Gruppe AG and List Group as part of an off-market transaction for the NEIF II investment fund (Next Estate Income Fund II). The new construction project is located at Wienerberg, in the south of Vienna. It will be completed in the second half of 2018 and will have a total lettable office area of 12,500 square meters and an underground garage with more than 400 parking spaces. For BNP Paribas REIM, it is the first transaction in Vienna. The transaction was executed as a share deal.
