Stephanie Langer joined HULE BACHMAYR-HEYDA NORDBERG in 2016, becoming a partner in 2017.
She primarily advises clients in property matters, property development contracts, property transactions and all matters of landlord/tenant and housing law.
Stephanie Langer regularly advises some of the largest and most well-known property developers in Austria, advising them on the purchase and division of properties, conclusion of easement and land charge agreements, establishment of condominium ownership and the handling of the sale of the individual condominium properties.
Together with our partner Carina Heißenberger, she is responsible for our legal-tech department and played a leading role in developing our myflat™ property development platform.
