Carina Heißenberger joined HULE BACHMAYR-HEYDA NORDBERG in 2012, becoming a partner in 2017.
She advises clients primarily in the areas of construction and real estate law as well as in all aspects of inheritance law and succession.
Carina Heißenberger advises some of the largest and most prestigious Austrian property developers. Most recently, she counselled on the project for building Austria’s tallest residential tower with well over 500 flats. She advises our clients at all stages of a property development project, from purchase and division of property, the conclusion of easement and land charge agreements, the establishment of condominium ownership and the handling of the sale of individual condominium properties.
Together with our partner Stephanie Langer, she is responsible for our legal-tech department and played a leading role in developing our myflat™ property development platform.
She is also a guest lecturer at Sigmund Freud Private University.
